Regulations
In addition to corporate governance regulations that apply to all public companies, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, the financial services industry faces additional regulations that apply to records management and electronic communication, such as SEC Rules 17a-3 and 17a-4, NASD 2210, 3010 and 3110 and NYSE Rules 342 and 440. The document & data capture, ECM and workflow/business process management products that we represent can be used to assist with these regulatory compliance issues.

Imaging Solutions provided a mission-critical document imaging solution to Mortgage Lenders Network U.S.A. All loan files are scanned and accessible by authorized users from any office.
We have created the Loan Information Management Solution (LIMS) for mortgage brokers, auto brokers, small to mid-size mortgage operations within banks and other companies who handle loans.
Imaging Solutions is a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Broker Association and has participated in their events.
In the Separately Managed Account (SMA) space, Imaging Solutions assisted Rorer Asset Management (now Managers Investment Group) with the implementation of a company-wide imaging and workflow solution that handles over 25,000 client accounts. After the implementation was completed, Bruce M. Our work at Rorer led to a strategic partnership with Fiserv, a provider of comprehensive systems and services used by professional money managers and financial advisors for the automation of investment management, trading, portfolio performance and reporting requirements.
When Rorer partnered with SEI Investments to create the next generation managed accounts platform, Imaging Solutions got involved too.
Since many companies in the SMA industry are smaller, we created the Investment Information Management System (IIMS) for Separately Managed Accounts companies to automate and streamline the new account processing, maintenance, compliance, reconciliation, trading and marketing processes. This is also available as a Hosted Solution.
