Our Professional Services staff is fully trained and certified on the products that we bring to market, from Project Managers, to Software Developers to Support Technicians. We also provide training for the solutions that we implement along with considerable experience with Back File Conversions and Platform Migration. In addition, we have a FlexServ services program whereby our clients can purchase a block of services at a reduced cost for all types of services that may meet specific needs and requirements.
Project Implementation Lifecycle Methodology
We have 16 years of experience designing and developing a wide array of solutions for numerous functional areas of companies across all industries, our Professional Services staff delivers systems on time and in accordance with the expectations of our customers. To do this, they follow a proven methodology that starts during the initial sales process. We engage our Professional Services team early in the process to perform discovery and understand the specific business and technical requirements of each customer. Once the customer decides to move forward with the project, those very same team members take responsibility for the deployment of the solutions that they helped to design. This provides continuity and consistency and helps to build strong and lasting relationships with the stakeholders at the client end.
Solution Training
The user training will cover all commonly accessed functions and functions specifically designed and deployed for the solution. For example, with a document imaging solution the training would include document capture, data indexing and document retrieval. If workflow was implemented to automate a business process, user training will also include all the functions within the workflow process.
Technical Support
We are a tier 1 technical support center for the products that we represent and we are fully staffed to support your technical support needs as they may arise.
Backfile Conversion/Platform Migration
The user training will cover all commonly accessed functions and functions specifically designed and deployed for the solution. For example, with a document imaging solution the training would include document capture, data indexing and document retrieval. If workflow was implemented to automate a business process, user training will also include all the functions within the workflow process.
When clients implement an Enterprise Content Management system, they usually have a backlog of documents that they would like to add to their new ECM system.
Frequently clients have boxes or rooms full of paper or files of microfilm or microfiche. Sometimes these documents are in electronic form and the images and index data need to be exported from the old document imaging system, converted and imported into the new solution. These documents may be in content management systems that are no longer supported or in a system that doesn't have an easy upgrade path.
Imaging Solutions can help determine the best method for handling these document backlog and conversion issues. We will work with our customers to determine which documents to convert and the most cost effective means of doing a back file or system conversion. If necessary, we can coordinate with a service bureau who will do the scanning and indexing of physical documents.
FlexServ
FlexServ from Imaging Solutions complements a client’s available internal resources with our specialized expertise and professional services when additional support, training or system enhancements are required.
With the FlexServ program, clients purchase a discounted block of time to meet anticipated requirements and receive the professional services time that is needed. This program is less expensive and more convenient for customers who do not wish to enter into separate contracts of limited scope, or issue separate purchase orders for each service event.
By opening a FlexServ account, clients receive the following:

We provide a statement giving a monthly accounting of time used and the purpose for which it was used.
