Microsoft Dynamics customers can significantly enhance their investment by integrating a document and content management solution.   Integration can be added to the transactional and inquiry screens throughout Microsoft Dynamics GP modules:

•    General Ledger
•    Accounts Payable and Receivable
•    Sales Order and Purchase Order Processing
•    Human Resources and Payroll
•    Inventory and  Bill of Materials
•    Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, and Invoicing

Users have the ability to add, attach, scan, annotate, fax, eMail, print, collaborate, or simply view nearly any type of document.  This includes: Word documents, images, PDF files, email, Excel spreadsheets, etc.  What's really nice is that you don't have to be a Microsoft Dynamics GP user to search, retrieve and view documents. You can go directly to your content management system to do so.

Workflow integration enables users to process documents for approval or to collect data and then update Dynamics GP transactions.  Common applications are Accounts Payable, Requisitions and Human Resources.  The history and tracking generated in workflow provides insight and an audit trail for the entire process.
