Imaging Solutions has considerable experience automating the AP invoice process within various industries using document capture and OCR technologies. We have been successful deploying Anydoc, Kofax and KnowledgeLake products releasing data to ECM solutions such as OnBase, SharePoint, IBM and other providers. In addition, we have integrated these solutions to ERP products such as MS Dynamics GP, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle and others. Imaging Solutions has successfully deployed ECM technology using solutions from providers such as Kofax and Captiva to streamline the processing of mortgage applications. Clients typically are able to increase the process of servicing additional closed loan packages and integrating to their Loan Line of Business application with the same staff thereby achieving a desired ROI while providing improved customer service. Additionally, we have worked with clients to build an eDelivery solution whereby loan data can be shared with banks such as Citibank and Wells Fargo.

Imaging Solutions has successfully deployed ECM solutions that significantly improve the cycle time to process new accounts in the investment management industry. The solution makes extensive use of eform, email integration and workflow technologies to streamline the time and cost to process a new account. Additionally, we have deployed these new account solutions that interface to portfolio management systems such as Fiserv thereby improving operational efficiencies and processing additional new accounts with the same staff. Time to trade securities has been significantly improved.
Sales Order Processing
Imaging Solutions has worked with clients to reduce the cycle time to process sales orders. We have configured ECM solutions that capture content via paper, email and faxes and automatically index key information into a content repository, input data into an ERP system and kick off a workflow process. We have worked with ERP products such as SAP and fax products such as Rightfax. This allows customer service reps to view sales orders quickly and accurately and thereby increase the efficiency of booking and shipping orders.
RX Prescription Fulfillment
Imaging Solutions has successfully designed and deployed an automated capture solution using OCR, barcode technology and integrating to industry leading ECM and ERP systems. The result is that the RX ordering process has been streamlined thus allowing the processing of RX’s within a 24 hour period. This allows the client to meet competitive offerings in the market, improve the time to process and cut processing costs.
